Copyright Policy

Lodgy Technologies, LLC, doing business as Lodgy ("Lodgy," "we," "us"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects hosts using lod.gy and hosted microsites (the "Service") to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we respond, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content displayed on a Lodgy-hosted microsite infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g., the microsite URL) for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

2. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent at support@lod.gywith the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice."

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the host who submitted it. We may also terminate the accounts of hosts found to be repeat infringers.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@lod.gy including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., to Georgia, USA)

Absent a valid infringement action filed by the original notifying party, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice.

5. Host Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for having the right to use any photos or descriptions displayed on their microsite, whether imported from a source listing or uploaded directly. Repeat or willful infringement by a host may result in account termination per our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
