Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of lod.gy and hosted microsites (the "Service") operated by Lodgy Technologies, LLC, doing business as Lodgy. It is incorporated into our Terms of Use by reference.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to list, upload, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misrepresents property ownership or availability
  • Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
  • Is discriminatory, in violation of fair-housing or anti-discrimination law
  • Contains malware, or is designed to disrupt or damage any system
  • Is obscene, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with a third-party platform

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass rate limits or security controls
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service or from third-party listing platforms in violation of their terms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Use the Service for money laundering or to process payments for anything other than legitimate short-term rental bookings
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law

3. Listing Accuracy

Hosts must not knowingly publish false, misleading, or bait-and- switch pricing, availability, or property descriptions on their microsite.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or conduct on a Lodgy-hosted microsite violates this policy, contact support@lod.gy.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, microsite suspension, or account termination, at our discretion, in addition to any other remedies available to us under the Terms of Use.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
